Mega Blastoise

My fave of the Kanto starters Mega forms
adfghjkl I've always been a Charizard person, but I think I've shifted now, lol

I'd say this was a lazy attempt tbh.. didn't try too hard with the shading, and the background.
Background is kinda based off that spirally crater in Skyward Sword, where The Imprisoned is.
